Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Drive sales performance by implementing effective sales strategies and providing guidance to team members.
- Maintain high standards of customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment, organization, and conducting regular inventory audits.
- Operate cash registers accurately and efficiently while adhering to cash handling procedures.
- Train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their skills in sales management and customer service.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing to enhance the shopping experience.
- Monitor employee performance and provide constructive feedback to promote a positive work environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail management or sales management is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships with customers.
- Proficient phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries professionally.
- Experience operating cash registers and handling transactions accurately.
- Knowledge of inventory management processes is an advantage.
- Multilingual abilities are considered a plus for enhancing customer interactions.
- A proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills is essential.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
