Full-Time [3-11 Shift]
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Charge Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the C.N.A. staff, ensuring quality patient care, and providing leadership in a clinical setting. Competitive rate listed is based upon requirement of 3 years Skilled Nursing Facility experience.
Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate nursing staff activities
- Assess patient care requirements and ensure those needs are met
- Implement and maintain nursing policies and procedures
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans
- Provide direct patient care as needed
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to healthcare providers
- Educate patients and families on healthcare plans and treatments
Experience:
The successful candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Experience in pain management and health coaching
- Knowledge of senior care, pediatrics, critical care, infectious disease care, and geriatrics
- Understanding of physiology and medical office operations
- Point Click Care experience required
