About the Role
PSI, Inc. is seeking an experienced Boiler Technician to join our growing team. This is an opportunity for a talented HVAC professional to work on complex heating systems, provide expert solutions for customers, and be part of a company that values craftsmanship, integrity, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain boilers, furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioning systems, and hydronic heating systems.
- Troubleshoot complex heating and cooling issues and provide effective solutions.
- Perform thorough system evaluations and educate homeowners on recommended repairs and improvements.
- Deliver exceptional customer service through clear communication and professional service.
- Follow all safety procedures, company standards, and industry best practices.
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate service findings clearly.
- Participate in ongoing technical training and professional development opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician.
- Required experience diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining boiler and hydronic systems.
- Strong understanding of HVAC equipment, controls, and heating systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first approach.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a high-performing team.
- Valid driver's license.
- EPA certification required.
- NATE certification is a plus.
Working Conditions & Physical Demands
- Follow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines.
- Ability to regularly stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
- Comfortable working in varying temperatures and seasonal conditions.
- Ability to lift and move 50+ pounds.
- Work may include indoor and outdoor environments throughout the year.

The pay for this position is $26/hour or more ($100k-$175k earning potential) depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location, plus performance based incentives. Other incentive pay may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered.
