Duties
- Supervise children’s play areas, ensuring safety protocols are strictly followed while maintaining an energetic and positive atmosphere
- Manage daily activities and organize special events or themed activities to enhance guest engagement
- Provide outstanding customer service by assisting guests with inquiries, directions, and resolving concerns promptly
- Handle cash transactions accurately during admissions, merchandise sales, or snack bar operations
- Enforce rules and resolve conflicts swiftly using effective conflict management techniques to maintain a fun yet safe environment
- Support food service operations by assisting with snack bar duties or light hospitality tasks as needed
- Lead public speaking efforts to introduce activities, explain safety guidelines, or promote upcoming events to groups of guests
Qualifications
- Experience working with children in settings such as childcare, camps, or recreational programs is highly desirable
- Strong background in events management or organizing group activities within a hospitality or resort environment
- Proven conflict management skills to handle challenging situations with professionalism and calmness
- Excellent customer service and guest services skills to create a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors
- Experience with cash handling and point-of-sale systems for smooth transaction processing
- Lifeguard experience or certification is preferred to ensure safety around water features or pools
- Ability to communicate confidently through public speaking and engage diverse audiences effectively
- Background in food service or hospitality roles within resorts or entertainment venues is a plus
