- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:15 PM
- 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:15 AM
Position Purpose:
As a Paint Finesse Technician, you'll perfect automotive painted surfaces by identifying, correcting, and refinishing imperfections to achieve a flawless finish. This role involves sanding, buffing, polishing, blending, and detailing painted surfaces after the primary paint application. Success in this position requires exceptional attention to detail, technical knowledge of paint finishing processes, and experience using refinishing tools and equipment.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify surface imperfections
- Experience using polishers, HVLP equipment, and other finishing tools
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality inspections on painted surfaces
- Prepare surfaces for refinishing and touch-ups
- Inspect and identify paint defects
- Maintain 5S standards daily
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work area
- Collaborate with team members to ensure quality and production goals are met
