At Logan Health, we're seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist with a passion for pediatric feeding and swallowing disorders to join our growing Pediatric Rehabilitation team.
This is a unique opportunity to build deep expertise in pediatric feeding therapy while working across both our Pediatric Outpatient Clinic and NICU Follow-Up Clinic. What You'll Do
- Evaluate and treat infants, children, and adolescents with feeding, swallowing, speech, and communication disorders
- Develop individualized treatment plans and measurable goals
- Perform and interpret outpatient Modified Barium Swallow Studies (MBSS)
- Participate in NICU Follow-Up Clinic evaluations and developmental care planning
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nursing teams, and families to support optimal outcomes
- Provide timely and compliant documentation
- Contribute to program development and quality improvement initiatives
What We're Looking For
Required
- Current Montana Speech-Language Pathologist license or ability to obtain prior to hire
- Experience treating pediatric patients from infancy through adolescence
- Current HS AED CPR or BLS HCP certification, or ability to obtain within six (6) months of hire
Preferred
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Minimum of two (2) years pediatric outpatient experience following completion of CFY
- Experience with pediatric feeding and swallowing disorders
- Experience performing or interpreting Modified Barium Swallow Studies (MBSS)
