Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour

What You’ll Do:
- Create Engaging Lesson Plans: Develop and implement creative and interactive lesson plans that align with our curriculum and spark curiosity in young minds.
- Support Diverse Learners: Cultivate a safe, inclusive classroom environment that accommodates a range of learning needs, including children with special needs.
- Teach Key Developmental Areas: Provide hands-on instruction in literacy, math, social skills, and other essential developmental areas.
- Observe and Assess Progress: Regularly assess children’s development, keeping detailed records to track their progress and guide future learning.
- Collaborate with a Dynamic Team: Work closely with fellow teachers and staff to create a harmonious and cohesive learning environment.
- Engage with Parents: Build strong relationships with parents by sharing regular updates on their child’s progress, behavior, and achievements.
- Ensure Compliance: Maintain a safe and compliant environment by following all licensing regulations and program policies.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Prior experience in a childcare or preschool setting is a plus.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Teaching Certification
- CPR & Safe Sleep Certification
- Child Development Associate (CDA) Certification
- Skills & Knowledge:
- In-depth understanding of early childhood development principles.
- Ability to engage and connect with diverse populations, including children with special needs.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Additional Requirements:
- Ability to pass required background checks.
- Must be able to commute or relocate to St. Charles, MO 63301 before starting work.
