Houseman / Public Space Attendant
At SpringHill Suites by Marriott, first impressions matter—and our public spaces set the tone. We’re looking for a dependable, energetic team member who takes pride in keeping our hotel clean, stocked, and running smoothly behind the scenes.
What You’ll Do:
- Clean and maintain all public areas including lobby, hallways, elevators, restrooms, fitness center, and meeting spaces
- Assist housekeeping team by delivering linens, towels, and supplies to guest floors
- Remove trash and soiled linens from housekeeping carts and rooms
- Keep storage areas, linen rooms, and carts clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Support room attendants with deep cleaning tasks as needed
- Report maintenance or safety issues promptly
- Help maintain overall cleanliness and presentation of the hotel
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong work ethic and team-first attitude
- Ability to stay organized and work in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable and punctual
- Comfortable being on your feet, lifting, pushing carts, and moving throughout the shift
- Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
- Previous hotel or cleaning experience is a plus, but not required
Schedule:
- Day Shift
- Weekend availability required
