Key Qualifications:
- Current Georgia Speech and Language certification
- Experience providing speech therapy in elementary and/or middle school environments is preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop individualized treatment plans and track progress
- Willingness to work full-time onsite, Monday through Friday
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to students in elementary and middle school
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and monitor student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student success
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team decisions regarding student care
