As a Commercial Building Superintendent:
Property Overview
A fully renovated, 20-story boutique office building (~110,000 SF) with 17 full-floor tenant suites, welcoming its first tenants this month. Amenities include a private tenant lounge with bar, library, boardroom, adjoining dining room, and outdoor terrace. The building features state-of-the-art, energy-efficient, LL97-compliant HVAC, plumbing, and lighting systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the general upkeep and maintenance of the building, including common areas and building systems
- Manage and supervise the porter, ensuring assigned duties are completed effectively
- Respond to repair and maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate with and meet contractors on-site as needed for repairs, maintenance, or projects
- Monitor building conditions and proactively identify maintenance issues
Qualifications & Skills
- Must have Fire Life Safety Director License
- Prior experience as a commercial building superintendent or in building maintenance preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage staff and coordinate with external contractors
- Basic knowledge of building systems and general maintenance practices
- Professional demeanor

Work Schedule & Compensation
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Salary: $35 - 37/hr
Pay: $35.00 - $37.00 per hour
