AMB Construction Resources is looking for an Installation Technician Apprentice to join our growing team. If you have solid construction experience and enjoy working with your hands, we'll teach you the specialty skills needed to install high-end custom shower enclosures, mirrors, specialty architectural door hardware, wire shelving, and custom closet systems for residential builders throughout Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina.
We're looking for someone with a strong work ethic, mechanical ability, and a willingness to learn.
What You'll Do
- Work alongside an experienced Lead Installer to install specialty building products in residential and commercial settings
- Measure, drill, level, and fasten materials with precision and attention to detail
- Verify materials and load company vehicles to ensure each job is complete before leaving the shop
- Assist with job site preparation, installation, adjustments, and final walkthroughs
- Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in clean, organized, working condition
- Protect customers' homes and property by maintaining a clean, safe, and professional work environment
- Deliver exceptional customer service while representing AMB Construction Resources professionally
- Follow company safety standards, installation procedures, and quality expectations
- Continuously develop new installation skills and take on additional responsibilities as experience grows
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of the team
What You'll Need
Preferred Qualifications
- Three (3) or more years of hands-on construction or trade experience
- Experience in carpentry, framing, finish carpentry, punch-out work, cabinetry, remodeling, handyman services, glass installation, or a similar trade
Required Qualifications
- Confidence using hand and power tools, including drills, saws, levels, and tape measures
- Ability to accurately read a tape measure and work from specifications
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Comfortable working on ladders and being on your feet throughout the day
- Willingness to travel throughout Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina, including occasional overnight stays when project schedules make travel more efficient
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a desire to learn a skilled trade

Pay & Schedule
- $19.00–$22.50 per hour, based on experience
- Monday through Friday
- No weekends
- Stable, year-round work
- Regional travel throughout Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina
- Home most nights, with occasional overnight travel when projects require it
