Swim Instructor – Part-Time (Training Provided)

Weekday Availability 2:45pm-7:30pm

What Makes This Role Different
We’re not your typical job. Our instructors become mentors, role models, and a big part of each child’s journey in the water. You don’t need prior swim experience. We provide structured training and support every step of the way.

Compensation & Incentives
Starting pay: $19–$21 per hour
Performance-based raise after 90 days

What You’ll Be Doing
Teach swim lessons focused on water safety and skill development
Create a fun, safe, and engaging environment for children of all ages
Build relationships with families and support their child’s progress
Work as part of a reliable, positive, and energetic team

Requirements
Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification within 90 days
Availability to work year-round (not a seasonal position)
