Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, couples, and family therapy to a diverse range of clients, tailoring interventions to meet their unique needs.
- Conduct thorough assessments, create treatment plans, and monitor progress in alignment with best practices in the field.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care for your clients.
- Stay current with continuing education and professional development to enhance your skills and therapeutic techniques.
- Participate in team meetings, consultations, and case conferences as needed.
Qualifications:
- Current and valid LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC license in California.
- Experience providing evidence-based therapy (CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, etc.).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage a caseload independently.
- Proficient in telehealth services and comfortable with technology for virtual sessions and calendar management.
- A commitment to cultural competence and working with diverse populations.
Salary: $50-70 per hour (depending on experience)
