Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused TSA Enrollment Agent/Fingerprint Technician to join our team. In this role, you will guide applicants through the TSA enrollment process by verifying identification, collecting biometric data, capturing fingerprints and photographs, and ensuring all information is processed accurately while maintaining strict compliance with TSA and Idemia requirements.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist applicants throughout the enrollment process.
- Verify applicant identity and required documentation.
- Capture high-quality electronic fingerprints.
- Take applicant photographs when required.
- Accurately enter and review enrollment information.
- Protect confidential and sensitive applicant information.
- Follow all TSA, Idemia, and company policies and procedures.
- Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and contact Partner Support when necessary.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area.
- Answer applicant questions regarding the enrollment process.
- Complete opening and closing procedures.
- Report operational issues, equipment concerns, or emergency closures promptly.
- Complete all required training and maintain compliance certifications.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service experience required.
- Experience in a medical office, pharmacy, fingerprinting, healthcare, or administrative setting is preferred.
- Strong computer and data entry skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Must successfully complete all required background screenings and TSA/Idemia training before working independently.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
