Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist with regular inventory counts and audits, ensuring accuracy and identifying discrepancies.
- Organize and maintain the storage of inventory items, ensuring products are easily accessible and properly stored.
- Assist with labeling, packaging, and storing of incoming inventory items.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and store.
- Complete required fulfillment request for online or in-store purchases.
- Ensure stock is available as necessary in support of Budtenders in the retail space.
- Maintaining accurate records of inventory, ensuring all documentation is up to date.
- Operate inventory management software and tools to track and manage stock levels.
- Provide an outstanding experience to all customers
- Actively listen to and assist customers in finding the right products for their needs and preference
- Maintaining a professional and knowledgeable demeanor with customers
- Providing meaning information about the various strains of cannabis and related products and their effects
- Recommending products based on customer preferences and needs
- Handle cash and processing debit card transaction
- Keeping workspace and store organized and clean
- Maintaining accurate records of sales and inventory by logging all transaction in POS system
- Work well with all company team members
- Complete all required company trainings
- Follow all documented SOPs to ensure compliance with all local and State laws
- When not working directly with customers, assist with various back-office tasks
- All other tasks as required
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
- Pass all required State background checks
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Basic computer skills for using inventory management software and databases.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge and understanding of cannabis and related products and their effects
- Previous experience in inventory management or a related field, preferably in a retail environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Customer service skills to assist with occasional front-of-house duties as needed
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
