What You'll Do
As a Mid-Stage Collections Representative, you will manage accounts that are 9 to 15 days delinquent, working directly with customers to resolve payment issues before accounts progress further into delinquency.
Responsibilities include:

Contact customers regarding past-due auto loan accounts

Negotiate payment arrangements while maintaining positive customer relationships

Identify the cause of delinquency and provide appropriate payment solutions

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly collection and performance goals

Document all customer interactions accurately within the collection system

Maintain compliance with company policies, FDCPA guidelines, and applicable state and federal regulations

Collaborate with teammates and management to achieve department objectives
What You'll Bring

Minimum 2 to 3 years of automotive collections experience required

Proven ability to negotiate payment arrangements and overcome objections

Strong verbal communication and customer service skills

Knowledge of automotive finance and delinquency management

Working knowledge of FDCPA and collection compliance requirements

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word

Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
Requirements

High School diploma or GED
-
Ability to work every other Saturday

Authorized to work in the United States
-
Successfully pass a background check
