Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Front of House Manager to lead our hospitality team and ensure an exceptional guest experience. In this role, you will oversee daily operations of the front-of-house team, manage customer service standards, and coordinate with kitchen staff to deliver seamless service in a fast-paced environment. Duties
- Supervise and motivate front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, bartenders, and trainees to deliver outstanding customer service
- Oversee shift management, ensuring smooth operations during busy hours and resolving any guest concerns promptly
- Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and waitlist to optimize table turnover and guest satisfaction
- Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, including cash handling and reconciliation
- Maintain inventory control for front-of-house supplies, ensuring stock levels are adequate and food safety standards are met
- Train staff on food handling procedures, customer service protocols, and food safety regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen management to coordinate food preparation, delivery times, and special requests for a fine dining or casual dining experience
Requirements
- Proven management experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant environment with supervising responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with cash handling required
- Background in food preparation, cooking, or culinary experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally
- Experience in food industry management including inventory control, budgeting, and staff training & development
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work environment
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Previous restaurant management or assistant manager experience is highly desirable
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
