Our Dairy Queen is now hiring Managers to join our restaurant team. Job Responsibilities:
- Assists the General Manager in the administration of all areas of the operation and in the absence of the General Manager, assumes all responsibilities, duties and authority of the manager.
- Adjusts daily schedule and shifts team members to complete essential duties when the need arises to ensure labor budgetary and customer service goals are met.
- Assists in the selection and evaluation of performance of personnel. Reviews employees’ problems and disciplinary actions that are referred from the Shift Managers. Consistently recommends actions for staff discipline, terminations, promotions, etc.
- Routinely inspects areas of assigned responsibility and reports all substandard safety, cleanliness, security or equipment conditions to the Restaurant Manager
- Supervises staff in a consistently fair and firm manner. Maintains steady productivity through close observation. Provides direction when necessary.
- Must be able to work any job station when needed and to operate the cash register as appropriate.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
