Job Overview
We are Hail Clinic, Auto Hail Repair. We’re currently looking for motivated sales representatives to join our team. Door to door sales, or in your community, social media. You can bring on clients the way you wish.
We work fully with the insurance company of the client. No money comes out of pocket for this service.
We offer 20% commission on every completed sale, plus a $2,000 monthly performance bonus if you complete 15 cars in a month. If you complete 7 cars in a 15-day pay period, you’ll earn a $1,000 performance bonus.
To give you an idea, the average hail repair claim is $8,000–$10,000, so the 20% commission typically pays between $1,000 and $1,500 or more per vehicle, depending on the repair amount.
There is no cap on commissions, so your earning potential is unlimited.
