This role will focus on lead generation, brand awareness, and customer acquisition while our daycare is under construction, ensuring we have a strong customer base ready to enroll on Day One.

– Help build the brand before opening day What You’ll Do: Lead Generation & Brand Awareness (Pre-Opening Focus)
- Act as the face of Dogtopia – Generate excitement and awareness in the local community.
- Build a pre-opening waitlist – Drive early sign-ups for Meet & Greets and memberships before launch.
- Engage with local businesses & community organizations
– Form strategic partnerships within the community to generate leads.
- Attend & host local events – Represent Dogtopia at pet expos, farmers markets, and networking events to drive awareness of Dogtopia.
- Execute grassroots marketing campaigns – Distribute promotional materials and leverage guerrilla marketing tactics.
- Grow brand awareness on social media – Promote Dogtopia through engaging content, giveaways, and collaborations. Sales & Customer Acquisition
- Convert leads into scheduled Meet & Greets
– Proactively follow up with inquiries and interested pet parents.
– Pre-sell enrollment packages ahead of opening to secure longterm customers.
- Showcase Dogtopia’s benefits – Communicate why Dogtopia is the best daycare choice for their pup.
- Create a referral program
– Encourage parents and local businesses to spread the word. Customer Engagement & Retention (Post-Opening Focus)
- Foster a welcoming Dogtopia community
– Build excitement among parents and their pups.
- Organize in-store events & promotions
– Strengthen relationships with early customers.
