Position Overview
We are seeking a Roofing Inspector & Sales Representative to join our growing team. This entry-level role is perfect for motivated individuals looking to break into sales, roofing, and home improvement industries. You will be responsible for inspecting roofs, educating homeowners on their options, and generating new business opportunities. No prior experience is required—we provide all the training you need to succeed!
Key Responsibilities
✔ Conduct Free Roofing Inspections – Perform visual roof assessments to identify damage, leaks, or aging materials.
✔ Engage with Homeowners – Introduce Artisan Roofing & Solar, and educate potential clients on roofing and solar solutions, build a network of satisfied clients.
✔ Educate & Consult – Explain the benefits of working with a professional roofing and solar contractor while guiding homeowners through their options.
✔ Assist with Insurance Claims – Help homeowners understand their coverage and work with insurance adjusters to maximize claim approvals.
✔ Follow Up & Close Sales – Maintain regular communication with potential customers and guide them through the claims process.
✔ Meet or Exceed Sales Goals – Strive to hit monthly sales and inspection targets to maximize earnings and career growth opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills—must be comfortable speaking with homeowners and getting on roofs!
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a hustler mentality
- No prior roofing or sales experience required—we train the right candidates!
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Basic understanding of home improvement is a plus but not required
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
