Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Licensed Journeyman Plumber / Licensed Tradesman Plumber to join our dynamic construction and maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across various commercial and residential projects. Your expertise will ensure that plumbing installations meet safety standards, building codes, and client specifications. Duties
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances on construction sites or during remodeling projects
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute precise plumbing layouts
- Operate hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, and welding equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment required for plumbing installations or repairs
- Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues and perform preventative maintenance
- Collaborate with construction teams, carpenters, HVAC technicians, and other trades to ensure seamless project execution
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot complex plumbing problems and implement effective solutions
- Follow safety protocols at all times, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to OSHA standards
- Assist in remodeling projects by performing carpentry tasks related to plumbing fixtures or piping systems
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, materials used, and project progress
Experience
- Valid license as a Journeyman or Tradesman Plumber with proven experience in construction plumbing environments
- Demonstrated ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams accurately
- Hands-on experience with welding, pipe threading, installation of HVAC-related components, and general maintenance tasks
- Familiarity with construction site safety procedures and OSHA regulations
- Experience working with hand tools, power tools, heavy lifting equipment, and field service operations
- Knowledge of basic math for measurements, calculations related to pipe sizing and system layouts
- Prior involvement in remodeling projects or commercial building maintenance is highly desirable
- Valid driver’s license for commercial driving duties if required for specific project needs

Pay: $32.34 - $38.94 per hour
