What You'll Do
- Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered dental care
- Diagnose and develop comprehensive treatment plans
- Perform restorative, cosmetic, crown and bridge, removable prosthetics, and emergency dentistry
- Collaborate closely with hygienists, specialists, and support staff
- Build lasting relationships with patients based on trust and education
- Participate in continuing education and clinical development opportunities

Qualifications
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
- Active Maryland dental license (or eligibility)
- Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
- Commitment to ethical, evidence-based dentistry
- Team-oriented mindset with a desire for continuous learning
