About the Role
We are hiring a dependable RBT Floater/Scheduler to support daily operations across our ABA and Rehab (OT/PT/ST) programs. This role provides client coverage, manages schedule changes, and helps keep the clinic running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
ABA session coverage when staff are out or schedules shift
Daily scheduling updates for ABA + Rehab
Managing call‑outs and filling gaps quickly
Accurate data collection and session documentation
Parent communication for schedule changes
Support room assignments, transitions, and clinic flow
Qualifications:
Active RBT Certification
Strong organization + multitasking
Comfortable with fast schedule changes
ABA experience preferred; scheduling experience a plus
