Most of the conditions we see in adult patients started in childhood — and most went undetected for years. We're changing that. We're growing our clinical team and looking for a Pediatric Clinical Assistant who genuinely loves working with kids.
The Role
Kids are not small adults. They need patience, warmth, and someone who knows how to make a clinical room feel less clinical. The practice moves quickly — but when your patient is 7 years old, you slow everything down. You make it safe. You make it fun when you can. Then you get it done.
You'll support comprehensive pediatric exams, handle data collection and chart documentation, assist with diagnostic technology, and work hand-in-hand with the clinical team to make every visit a good one.

- Patient and unhurried — children sense when someone's rushing them
- Warm and disarming, with parents and kids alike
- Detail-oriented — your notes are accurate and complete
- Steady in a busy environment without losing your warmth
- Self-motivated and dependable
Nice to Have
- Pediatric dental, orthodontic, or clinical experience
- Radiology or x-ray certification
- Familiarity with electronic health records

- Dental office: 2 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
