RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist the Body Shop Manager with daily operations and workflow

Help coordinate repair schedules and ensure jobs are completed efficiently and on time

Assist with estimating, repair orders and insurance-related processes
-
Monitor repair quality and ensure work meets company standards

Communicate professionally with customers, technicians, insurance companies and vendors

Help manage and support body shop staff
-
Assist with maintaining productivity, efficiency and customer satisfaction goals

Help maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment
-
Support the Body Shop Manager with administrative and operational duties as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
-
2+ years of automotive body shop or collision repair experience preferred

Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a plus

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Knowledge of collision repair processes and estimating is preferred

Professional attitude and strong work ethic

Valid driver's license
