About the Role
This hybrid role offers the opportunity to blend clinical excellence with leadership impact.
As the Co‑Practice Lead, you’ll serve as the hospital’s key connector and operational driver, helping to align team performance, patient care, and business success.

Leadership & Operational Responsibilities
Serve as the go-to resource for team members, doctors, and leadership for questions, escalation, and conflict resolution
Oversee inventory management, including supply levels, physical counts, and controlled drug protocols
