Position Overview
The Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of the manufacturing facility, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety in the production processes. This role requires a strong leader to manage teams, optimize operations, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities-
Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Manage day-to-day operations of the manufacturing facility, including production scheduling and resource allocation.

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout the production process.

Lead and mentor a team of supervisors and operators to achieve operational goals.

Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to ensure product quality meets specifications.

Manage budgets, forecasts, and reports related to manufacturing operations.
Qualifications-
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.

5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in a manufacturing setting.

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and best practices.

Experience in the Aerospace Defense or CNC machining industry is a plus.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics.
