Jiffy Lube is growing in Madison County, IN, and we’re looking for a skilled Automotive Mechanic/Technician to take the lead in our Multicare bay. “Multicare” = Repair work including breaks, tires, suspension, and alignment. This is more than just a job—it’s an opportunity to run your repair shop within our established and supportive framework.
Guaranteed Compensation & Earning Potential:
We value and invest in our mechanics. That’s why we offer a guaranteed annual earnings package to ensure stability while rewarding performance:
Guaranteed Pay: Earn at least $70,000 annually if you maintain an average of $6,000 in weekly Multicare sales. Earn at least $55,000 annually if you maintain an average of $3,000 in weekly Multicare sales.
This guarantee is evaluated quarterly and is not tied to hours worked.
Base Pay + Overtime: $15/hr base wage with opportunities for overtime (up to 50 hours per week). With 10 hours of OT, your effective base rate is $16.20/hr before commission.
Lucrative Commission Structure:
- 10% commission on Multicare repair work (excluding tire sales).
- $5 commission per tire sold.
Earning Potential:
- Expected annual earnings between $55,000 - $80,000+ before benefits.
- Earn $1,600 in total compensation per week if your Multicare sales hit $6,000+ per week.
- Earn $1,000 in total compensation per week if your Multicare sales hit $3,000+ per week.$1,000.
- Example: If you generate $8,000 in revenue bi-weekly, you’ll receive a $800 commission bonus in addition to your base pay.

Who We’re Looking For:
Experienced Automotive Technician (3+ years preferred). ASE Certification is preferred but not required. Strong Diagnostic & Customer Service Skills. Valid Driver’s License. Team Player – Support lube techs when necessary.
