Mountain Dirty Motorsports is Summit County's premier Powersports dealer, located in Silverthorne, Colorado. We have a great manufacturer and supplier portfolio to include KTM, Husqvarna, Polaris, Can-Am and Ski-Doo motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides and snowmobiles.
Responsibilities and Duties
We're looking for a full-time Service Technician. Core responsibilities include:
- Accurate diagnosis, and repair on all electrical, mechanical, and maintenance issues at hand.
- Creating customer repair orders, and ordering parts.
- Pre Delivery Inspections.
- Operating as a key player when the shop is busy, and pitch in where needed across functions.
- Helping customers load and unload machines in for service or new purchases.
- Complete required manufacturer training in a timely manner.
Qualifications and Skills
The ideal candidate should be:
- An experienced Mechanic / Technician, with certifications and training preferred.
- A true team player - enabling high-quality service delivery while maintaining high standards.
- Able to create exceptional customer experiences! We want friendly, solution-oriented staff members.
- Passionate about the industry. Personal involvement or prior industry experience is preferred.
- Dependable and accountable for producing great results. High personal integrity is a must!
- Driven by a need to help our customers enjoy their passion.
- Capable with computers/point-of-sale systems. Quick and accurate parts information is critical to success.
- Looking for a strong background in a Powersports shop/dealership.
- Life-long learning, critical thinking, and troubleshooting proficiency is a must.
Compensation
Hourly rate of $25-$30/hour plus commission based on billed hours. $27-$33 average per hour based on experience. Those with no/limited technician experience may be considered at a lower hourly rate.
