Job Opportunity: Childcare Assistant
Anointed 2 Serve Childcare Services, LLC is currently seeking a Childcare Teacher Assistant with a passion for working with children and supporting their developmental growth. This position is ideal for individuals pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (ELC) or Business Administration, holding a CDA certification, or willing to obtain.
Position Overview:
The Childcare Assistant will work closely with children, creating a nurturing, inclusive, and safe environment. This role involves supporting children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development through structured play and activities. The successful candidate will also assist with daily operations and maintain positive relationships with families. This position is for someone who is serious and passionate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the day-to-day operations of the childcare
- Create and maintain a nurturing, inclusive, and safe environment for children
- Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development through play and structured activities
- Build and maintain respectful relationships with children and their families
- Adapt to and respect the diverse backgrounds and needs of the children in care
- 90- day probation period
Qualifications:
Required:
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Availability to work at least 5 hours per day, 5 days per week
- Willingness to work additional hours as needed
- CPR and First Aid certification * (Willing to obtain)
- Must pass an FBI background check and fingerprinting
Preferred (but willing to train):
- Previous childcare experience
- Knowledge of early childhood theories and practices
- Completion of additional childcare training or development classes

- Flexible work schedule (Part-Time) Currently seeking 1:30 pm-5:30 pm
- Probation 90 day period
