About the Role
TownePlace Suites by Marriott in Foster City is looking for a Part-Time Front Desk Agent to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and being the welcoming face of the hotel. If you have customer service experience and a positive attitude, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do
- Welcome guests and assist with check-in and check-out
- Answer phones and respond to guest questions and requests
- Handle reservations, payments, and basic cash handling
- Coordinate with housekeeping and management to support daily operations
- Create a positive, professional, and memorable guest experience
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, dependable, and customer-focused
- Strong communication and people skills
- Able to work weekends and one flexible night per week from 2:30-10:30pm
- Customer service or hotel front desk experience is a plus, but not required
- Experience with Marriott FOSSE PMS is a plus
