The Opportunity:
- Start with a guaranteed $2,000/month base while you ramp up
- Earn $75 per qualified meeting set and $100 per closed deal
- Commissions are uncapped — your income grows as your skills do
- Clear path into Account Executive and leadership roles as the team expands

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Reaching out to business owners and fleet managers via phone and email
- Following up consistently to move prospects toward a scheduled meeting
- Logging activity and managing your outreach inside a CRM
- Learning our product, industry, and sales process during a structured ramp period
- Participating in coaching sessions and applying feedback to improve performance
- Representing Safety Track professionally in every interaction
