High quality established Montessori program seeking an early childhood degreed candidate or related field. Ideally has experience, familiarity or understanding of the Montessori method, alternative education, or willing to embrace. Must have experience working with young children. Montessori certification support is offered.
Responsibilities include: Helping to implement curriculum for a beautifully prepared environment and welcoming classroom that supports the individual needs of children. Involved in tracking children's academic and social emotional learning, communication with parents, helping with classroom prep, school events... Overall contribute to the school's mission and vision.
The classroom is positive, clam and ordered. This is an excellent environment to work with young children. Opportunity for growth. Some admin work and light cleaning. We are a child centered program with a sense of community created by the children and families.

Ideally Associates, certificates and Early Childhood experience or related field.

Approximately 28 - 32 hours per week; flexible.
