Job Title: Line Cook
Pay: $20.00–$26.00 per hour (based on experience)
We are seeking an experienced Line Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate is organized, works efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable working independently while maintaining high food quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, garnish, and plate menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
- Perform light food prep, including garnishes, stocking, and transporting supplies.
- Maintain an organized and efficient workstation in a limited kitchen space.
- Monitor inventory, communicate product counts, and notify management of supply needs.
- Ensure proper food storage, labeling, and temperature control.
- Keep the kitchen clean during service and complete end-of-shift cleaning and reset.
- Work independently while communicating effectively with the kitchen team.
Requirements:
- Previous line cook experience required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $20.00–$26.00 per hour, depending on experience.
