Job Description:
We are seeking experienced Delivery and Installation specialists. This role involves delivering, installing, and disposing of existing appliances/home furniture items at various locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently deliver and install appliances and/or home furniture items on assigned routes (including but not limited to refrigerators, couches, washers/dryers, etc.).
- Load/Unload delivery vehicles using proper safety equipment.
- Follow delivery schedules to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the delivery/installation process, making sure to address any customer inquiries and concerns.
- Manage daily routes and schedules efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations while loading/unloading and operating delivery vehicles.
Skills:
- Excellent driving record (driver position).
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members.
- Strong customer service experience to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ability to follow navigation through various locations.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years' experience in appliance delivery and installation.
- Valid driver’s license for anyone applying for a driver position.
- Knowledge of installation procedures for various appliances and furniture pieces.
- Capable of lifting heavy objects and performing physical tasks as needed.
- A strong customer service skillset.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to use a mobile phone for daily work tasks (communication, navigation, proof of delivery, etc.).
- Availability to work morning shifts Sunday-Saturday (5 days/week) starting at 6am, with flexible finishing times that are dependent upon team efficiency.
Compensation:
- Daily flat rate of $190-$250 based on experience and position.
- Direct deposit available.
