Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle 12 volt entertainment issues using diagnostic tools and equipment
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and answering questions about vehicle repairs
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Automotive Technician in a dealership or repair shop setting
- Strong knowledge of automotive electronic systems
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment to identify vehicle issues
Skills:
- Ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle issues
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing repairs and maintenance tasks
- Excellent problem-solving skills to identify the root cause of vehicle problems
- Good communication skills to explain repair recommendations to customers
- Customer service-oriented mindset to ensure customer satisfaction
