Hong Thai Foods Corp is a well-established Asian food importer, distributor, and wholesaler, proudly serving customers since 1990. We specialize in supplying high-quality Asian food products to a wide range of businesses. We are currently seeking a part-time/full-time motivated and detail-oriented Marketing & Sales Assistant to support our daily operations and contribute to our continued growth.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) or Thai is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Quick learner with strong problem-solving abilities
- Prior experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to phone inquiries and provide professional customer support
- Assist with order processing, including walk-in customers and pickups
- Prepare invoices, bills of lading, and other related documentation
- Support the development of marketing materials (catalogs, flyers, social media content, etc.)
- Assist the Marketing & Sales Manager with ongoing projects and administrative tasks
Schedule: Part-Time / Full-Time (Flexible)
Office Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00AM to 5:00PM
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
