Welding Fabricator
We are a locally owned and operation Fab shop seeking a skilled and reliable Welding Fabricator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in welding and fabrication, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to quality and safety. You will be responsible for fabricating and assembling metal components to meet specifications while maintaining high standards of workmanship.
Responsibilities:
Read and interpret blueprints and work orders to fabricate metal products and structures. Perform MIG welding on various materials and thicknesses. Safely and effectively operate power tools and hand tools. Grind and finish welds to ensure quality and appearance. Measure, cut, and assemble parts with accuracy and precision. Operate a band saw to cut metal accurately. Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and specifications. Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Qualifications:
MIG welding experience is required. TIG welding experience is a plus but is not required. Must have experience operating power tools and experience with grinding. Strong knowledge of reading and accurately using a tape measure is required. Experience operating a band saw is required. Forklift experience is a plus but not required. Candidates must have strong attention to detail, take pride in producing quality work, and be able to work effectively as part of a team.
Excellent and dependable attendance is a must. We are looking for someone who shows up, is ready to work, takes pride in what they do, and can be counted on as part of our team. Must have reliable transportation.
Compensation:
Pay is DOE (Depending on Experience).
