Requirements

Minimum 3-5 years of experience performing GMAW (MIG) and/or FCAW welding.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and tape measure readings accurately.

Experience welding mild carbon steel and structural steel in flat, horizontal, and vertical positions.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and perform physical tasks such as bending, squatting, pushing, and pulling.

Strong communication skills, dependable attendance, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities

Perform high-quality GMAW (MIG) and FCAW welding on mild carbon steel and structural steel components.

Read and interpret blueprints, measurements, and specifications to complete projects accurately.

Operate and maintain welding equipment and hand tools, including grinders, cut-off wheels, and magnetic drills.

Conduct equipment inspections and follow all workplace safety policies and procedures.

Assist with material handling and support other departments as needed to meet production goals.
