Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide quality nursing care in a long-term care and skilled nursing facility. The facility is licensed for 80 beds and currently operates with 74 beds, including Skilled Nursing, Memory Care, and LTC residents. This is an initial 13-week contract with potential for extension based on performance.
Position Highlights:
Shift: Days, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
Overtime: Available
Contract: 13 weeks; extension possible based on performance
Charting: My Unity / NetSmart
Units: Skilled Nursing, secured Memory Care, and Long-Term Care
Requirements:
Active RN license in the applicable state.
Previous Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing experience preferred.
Strong assessment, medication administration, documentation, and resident-care skills.
Ability to work independently and effectively in a long-term care environment.
Must be flexible with scheduling, floating, weekends, and facility needs.
Compliance with facility attendance, cell phone, and resident safety policies required.
