Responsibilities and salary are according to the level of experience and may include:
- Project management and communications with the client
- Preparing project calculations for steel, concrete, and wood structures
- Creating construction drawings and specifications
- Working closely with design team and contractors
- Reviewing shop drawings and responding to RFI’s
- Performing site visits and writing up reports
- Working with BIM delivery methodology and collaboration in Revit
Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of experience (preferred)
- BS in Civil / Structural Engineering required
- MS in Civil / Structural Engineering (preferred)
