The Noble Gent is a boutique men’s grooming, retail, and massage house built on intentional service, masculine style, and long-term client relationships. We serve hundreds of active clients who trust us for grooming, conversation, and consistency.
We are offering a rare, career-defining apprenticeship for someone who wants to grow into a cornerstone role within our brand.
This is not an assistant job. This is an up to one-year, hands-on mentorship designed to prepare you to inherit the owner’s entire book of clients.
What This Role Really Is
You will spend one year shadowing the owner
watching every haircut, every consultation, every interaction; learning not just technique, but how to understand each client’s lifestyle, personality, preferences, and expectations.
You will gradually begin taking services, building trust, and forming your own relationships with the men who make up The Noble Gent community.
At the end of the apprenticeship, you will step into a fully built book of over 300 clients.
Your Responsibilities
- Shadow the owner daily and observe every client interaction
- Learn each client’s grooming preferences, personality, and lifestyle
- Practice technical skills and service flow under direct mentorship
- Build rapport with clients as you gradually take over their services
- Train in men’s grooming, retail styling, and client experience
- Transition into full ownership of the book after the apprenticeship period
Who We’re Looking For
- Someone who genuinely enjoys servicing men in all aspects of their lives
- Detail-oriented, patient, and committed to long-term growth
- Strong communicator with natural social awareness

- Reliable, consistent, and able to follow a proven system
- Licensed barber/cosmetologist or currently enrolled

Apprenticeship Year (Training Phase)
- Hourly base
- Tips on any services performed
- Retail commission

After Book Takeover (Career Phase)
- Full service commission
- Retail commission
