As a Full-Time Cook, you'll play an important role in creating an exceptional dining experience for our residents by:
Preparing fresh, high-quality meals using established recipes and menus
Following special diet modifications and portion guidelines
Assisting with food deliveries, inventory rotation, and kitchen organization
Maintaining sanitation, food safety, and regulatory standards
Working closely with the Dining Director to ensure smooth meal service
Keeping the kitchen clean, organized, and operating efficiently
We're looking for someone who:
Has previous cooking experience in a restaurant, healthcare, senior living, or similar environment (culinary training is a plus)
Understands food safety, sanitation, and proper cooking techniques
Has experience with special diets (preferred)
Can prepare meals for large groups (100+ guests is a plus)
Enjoys working as part of a team
Takes pride in serving others with kindness, professionalism, and respect
