What You'll Do as a Client Enrollment Representative
- Meet with customers in residential areas to assist with new enrollments and account support

- Answer customer questions and recommend the best solutions
- Build lasting relationships through outstanding customer service
- Maintain accurate customer information and documentation
- Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and efficiency
- Work alongside team members to achieve customer service and sales goals
