THE ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER:
The AGM is responsible for the management, daily operation, ambiance, culture climate and team performance in a day-to-day basis. Responsible for making every shift run smooth and with excellence according to brand guidelines. Passion for customer service, gives the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction while always pushing to reach daily goals and profitability.
AGM has great communication skills in order to lead all collaborators and motivate them to follow up on high standard processes. Must assure an efficient operation even when not in shift. Must train daily all collaborators to make them live the brand values and culture and perform with high quality standards. AGM must control sales, expenditures, and profits. Must have initiative to do better what we do good today.

What we’re looking for:
- Ability to align crewmembers with San Martin’s culture by balancing hard work.
- Ability to manage basic tasks; the restaurant’s crewmembers and fiscal operations.
- Has excellent verbal and written skills
- Skillset to manage, scheduling, daily order, inventory, payroll
- Proven record of financial growth in profit and sales of a restaurant
- Ability to recognize problems and problem solve
- Knowledge and skills in staffing, scheduling, people and cost management
- Able to grasp, reach overhead, push, lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- New Restaurant opening experience a plus
Qualifications:
· 4 + Years of full-service restaurant management experience in a complex & fast paced restaurant (Required)
· TABC & Food Handler Certification (Required)
· Bilingual (Spanish)
· Must be able and willing to work a flexible schedule
· Successfully completed food safety/sanitation training
· Proficient in technology systems, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
