Position Overview
As a Roofing & Exteriors Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business, building relationships with homeowners, and guiding customers through the inspection, insurance claim, and project contracting process.
This is a 100% commission-only role with uncapped earning potential. There is no base salary, which means your income is directly tied to your performance and work ethic. Top performers regularly earn $100,000–$150,000+ annually, while motivated new representatives can realistically earn $60,000+ with the training and support we provide.
No roofing or sales experience? No problem — we provide full training and mentorship to help you succeed.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing, referrals, events, networking, and company-provided leads
- Conduct property inspections for storm damage and exterior remodeling needs
- Educate homeowners on roofing, siding, gutters, and exterior restoration services
- Assist customers through the insurance claims process (training provided)
- Develop proposals and close contracts
- Maintain strong customer relationships before, during, and after projects
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
Qualifications
- Honest, positive, motivated, and driven personality
- Comfortable speaking with homeowners and canvassing neighborhoods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Eager to learn and grow in a sales-focused environment
- No prior roofing or sales experience required
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
