Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Provide excellent customer service assisting with questions and purchases.
- Greeting and welcoming visitors & creating memorable experiences for guests.
- Accurately execute sales using QuickBooks point-of-sale system.
- Maintain sales floor with cashiering, stocking, organizing, merchandising, & cleaning.
- Answering phone calls regarding admission fees, hours, and directions.
- Working both individually and as a team member.
- Effectively and positively communicating with customers, staff and management.
- Take initiative to make sure tasks assigned are completed.
- Snow clean-up when necessary, during winter season.
- Ability to be on your feet for 8 hours a day and lift 20 lbs.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Stable work history, please explain any gaps in your work history
- Positive attitude and common sense
- Must have a valid driver license and reliable transportation.
- Able to work a schedule that includes weekends and/or holidays, as we are open 7 days a week.
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Cash handling experience preferred.
