Rising Tide seeks a Front-End Coordinator
The Front-End Coordinator supports the Front-End Manager to ensure a great customer experience. They are skilled at implementing and maintaining systems, solution-oriented, and an effective communicator and leader.
Main responsibilities include customer service, sales transactions and reconciliation, accurate cash handling, staff support and supervision (directing, coaching, and training), and ensuring the area is safe, friendly, and inviting. This position also supports store operations in other departments as needed and appropriate.
Schedule: Full Time - 32-40 hours per week – This role requires a mix of morning, closing (8:30pm), and mid-shifts. One weekend shift is also required.
Pay Range: $20-$23 per hour, depending on experience.
