About the Role
As a Mechanical Assembly Technician, you will play a vital role in the assembly and maintenance of complex commercial vehicle systems. You will utilize your mechanical aptitude to install components, troubleshoot hardware, and contribute to the overall quality and efficiency of our production line.
Responsibilities-
Execute the installation of mechanical and electrical sub-assemblies to meet rigorous production standards.

Utilize precision hand and power tools—including torque wrenches and pneumatic drills—to ensure structural integrity.

Interpret technical diagrams and schematics to guide the accurate assembly of vehicle systems.

Collaborate with senior staff to diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective repair solutions.

Maintain a high-standard, organized workspace to promote safety and operational efficiency.

Engage in cross-training initiatives to support various production stations and optimize workflow.

Provide clear status updates to leadership regarding project milestones and material requirements.

High school diploma or equivalent (GED).

Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and comfort using various hand tools.

Ability to interpret written instructions and technical diagrams.

Physical capability to lift and maneuver components weighing up to 50 lbs.

Strong commitment to workplace safety and attention to detail.

Prior hands-on experience in automotive, HVAC, small engine, or carpentry fields.

Vocational training or coursework in diesel technology or mechanical systems.

Foundational knowledge of electrical wiring or industrial control systems.

Experience working with servo motors or conveyor-related hardware.
